    Dear sir , Kindly help me out I have  a this windows vista home basic OEMAct on my lap top and is the first time am using it, but when I open any windows like (microsoft word or powerpoint) it shows a dialogue box to which I have to push in the product key which is () But if I do that it says its wrong product key and continue to say I should validate it.Kindly Help me out becouse the microsoft word is now locked up and am shour the other ones will also lock up.So what should I do.

     

    These are the information on the lap top: G66C0001K110 , 00144 -313 - 912 - 886 , PRODUCT KEY  () ,  X13-04655 (proof of license certificate of authenticity

    Hello Ernest Koomson,

     

      The product key on the sticker on your computer is for Windows only. Most computers come with a trial version of Office. If you feel that you paid for a computer that came with a Full Version of Office, I suggest looking thru the documentation that came with the computer for the Office Product Key or contact the company that sold you the computer for further information.
