    i have an external microsoft webcam.,  it was working fine, i unplugged it for a few days, replugged it in & my pic comes up on windows live but no camera icon & the light comes on then goes back out.  It says is connected but is not working!!  Could someone help, I'm kinda not tech minded  thanks

    maybe your computer doesn't recognize your webcam , maybe the plug have some problem , try to clean it carefully and check your windows live working on webcam mode , when you start chatting to some one you like.
