CRM 2011 on-premises - JavaScript - Get parent record GUID on New button click on lookup record window RRS feed

    Hello everyone,

    I would like to identify the parent record GUID (record's unique identifier) on click of "New" button (highlighted in below screen print) , which appears when a user clicks on lookup control - Please see the attached screen print.

    Also, the same approach needs to be work with CRM 2013 too. Basically, I would like to populate some data of parent entity from where the following window is opened to the child entity record on click on New button. Any advise.
