Not receiving alerts

I set up Fox Sports, MSNBC.com (breaking news), MSN Weather, and Microsoft Answers Forum. I can't get MSNBC.com (breaking) to appear undert "my alerts". And, I am not getting the weather alerts, which I set to go out at 7:00 AM (EST).

Are these RSS alerts? That's out of scope for this forum. Maybe this is an IE question.
