    Why do I keep getting a message that the "side-by-side configuration is incorrect.  Please see the application event log for more detail."  Since I bought a license for 3 computers and have only used the disk to install on those three computers, I don't understand why it won't work.  Incidentally, I did by the extension pack for one of the computers and it (and my laptop) both work fine.  Only on this computer does this message come through.
