Windows Media Player 11 won't install RRS feed

  • My WMP stopped working.  Will open, than I immediately get the "This Program has stopped responding" pop up.  Have been trying to re-install WMP 11.  Gets to validation screen, says I have a non-genuine copy of Vista (I don't).  I click Finish and it takes me to website that says my copy of Vista IS validated.
