invalid product key to convert to full product RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello I need someone to help me please.... I just restarted my computer to how it was when i first bought it it's a laptop windows xp i really don't know the year. but i am having problems with the product key for the microsoft office. I try to convert my trial to a full product but for some reason it doesn't work, first i thought i had to buy a product key but i was informed that when i bought my laptop it came with it... so i have three product keys and i try only one which is the "trial Key" then i have another one in the back of the certificate and the third on on the botton of my laptop... everytime i want to use any microsoft sofwater like words, powerpoint, excel... i need to "convert to full product" and i tried the two product keys that i have left (not the trial key) and everytime i do it tells me "YOU HAVE NOT ENTERED IN INVALID PRODUCT KEY" ....

SO PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME WITH THIS THANKS

    LAURA
