OUR LAPTOP BROKE SO I INSTALLED MY COPY OF WIN 7 ULTIMATE ONTO A SECOND HAND PC WHICH I PURCHASED TO REPLACE. I DID A FRESH INSTALL WITH ALL THE DRIVERS ETC. I TRIED TO ACTIVATE VIA PHONE AND AUTOMATED VERSIONS BUT GET THE SAME REPLY -BLOCKED BY MICROSOFT?
THE ONLY TIME THE INSTALLATION DISC HAS BEEN OUT OF MY POSSESSION IS WHEN I TOOK OUR LAPTOP TO A REPAIR SHOP. MY COPY IS GENUINE. I BOUGHT FROM NEW.IT HAS BEEN BLOCKED WITHOUT EXPLANATION. WE CAN'T UPGRADE TO WINDOWS 10 AS OUR AUTISTIC CHILD CAN'T RE-LEARN
