configuring IIS and virtual SMTP server in VS2010

hello,

i am trying to test an email contact form in VS2010 but am unable to find the best way to do so. it looks like there might be an SMTP virtual server in IIS, but am not sure if it is part of VS2010. can someone suggest the best way to install the IIS (if it is not already there) and configure the SMTP virtual server to test an email webform in a development website?
