  • Actually, i realized that the samples codes in  Microsoft Dynamics CRM SDK Code Samples have all the secrete ingredients I needed:

    1. Just compiled the project in SampleCode\CS\CrmSvcUtilExtensions\GeneratePicklistEnums (make sure the CrmSvcUtil.exe in the Bin folder is latest version)
    2. Then run command from the folder where the GeneratePicklistEnums.dll  (or whatever assembly name you want to change to) and CrmSvcUtil.exe reside:
    CrmSvcUtil.exe /codewriterfilter:"Microsoft.Crm.Sdk.Samples.FilteringService, GeneratePicklistEnums" /codecustomization:"Microsoft.Crm.Sdk.Samples.CodeCustomizationService, GeneratePicklistEnums" /namingservice:"Microsoft.Crm.Sdk.Samples.NamingService, GeneratePicklistEnums" /url://[your organization service url] /domain:[your domain] /username:[uid] /password:[pwd] /namespace:[ns for the optionset class] /out:[optionset class name]
