    I was told i have been the victim of counterfeiting so i follow the instructions and purchase the windows 7 home they give me a coa product key.  i follow the instructions that are in the email click on the xp for current version of software do the download and start the process but when i enter the code it tells me it is wrong.  is this code for when they send me by mail the window 7 geniune because everything seemed to be for now not later.

    I called the help number with the email and was told that they do not support xp so it has to go to windows 7. 

    Just have to wait until it comes by mail

    I was not aware that you could purchase a Windows 7 product key from the messaging presented to you while running a nongenuine installation of Windows XP.
