  • Hello whtrckt,

Here is a snippet of your mgadiag report:

Microsoft Office Enterprise 2007 - 108 Invalid VLK

Your Dell OptiPlex GX520 computer has two installations of Office, and both are nongenuine, which is why you are seeing the nongenuine notice.  Both installations are nongenuine Volume Licensing installations.  Office Professional 2003 is nongenuine because the product key used to install it has been reported as lost, stolen, or leaked to the internet by its wner, so Microsoft has blocked the Product Key from further use.  Office Enterprise 2007 is nongenuine because the product key used to install it was made by a pirating program known as a key generator.  The produc key was never issued by Microsoft making the product key invalid.

If your computer is operating in association with a larger business, educational, or governmental organization that might have Voluem Licensing Agreements with Microsoft for the use of this software, please contact your organization's tech support staff for further assistance.

If you are an individual consumer, then you should not be running Volume Licensing software; rather your computer should be using the OEM installation of Windows as described on its Certificate of Authenticity, and you should be using an OEM or retail license for Office.  If an individual consumer, can you elaborate on how your computer came to have Volume Licensing software installed?
