  • Hello caryman,

The mgadiag report is telling us that your installation of Windows XP Pro on your Dell Dimension 8200 computer is a genuine retail license installation, and that your installation of Office XP Standard for Students and Teachers is also a genuine retail license installation.

You should not be seeing any WGA or OGA notifications about nongenuine software.

The versions of WGA and OGA on your computer are older versions;  updating to newer versions may correct any issues you are experiencing.  You can do this by visiting Microsoft Update.

You can also visit www.microsoft.com/genuine and click on the Validate Office and Validate Windows buttons to update.
