  None of the icons on my desktop respond when clicked.  However, I can activate the programs listed when I click on the Start Button.  Thereafter, I can operate as normal, except I can't get dierctly into xfinity.comcast.  Is there some program that does not want me to use the desak top or Comcast?  Firefox?  ArtD
