A choice where to install apps downloaded directly from Marketplace

When installing apps via ActiveSync or tapping on the CAB file, users has options where the apps will be installed : on the phone memory or storage card. This functionality is not available if the apps is installed directly from Marketplace application on the phone.

There's actually a rather lengthy thread in the Marketplace forums about this issue, workarounds, and their short comings.
