CRM 2013 : Application pool crashes on every server setup RRS feed

  • Hi

    We have a production CRM 2013 server which we have been using for last 6 months.

    Whenever we restart CRM server, All the CRM services are down after that and also crashes CRM App pool.

    Even if I manually start app pool, it starts and then crashes.

    To fix this, I have to repair crm setup every time.

    Can anyone help me why this is happening or how to fix it.

  • Enable CRM tracing . This should either give some information, or if not, the problem is probably with other (non-CRM) services. Is there anything useful in the Application or System event logs ?
