Possible to sync the desktop? RRS feed

    I noticed you cannot sync the desktop in Vista -- if you right click on the dekstop in users\username\desktop.  The live mesh option is just not present.  Useful if you store some active project work on your desktop.  Anyone have any ideas?

    Hi Schwef,

    As mentioned on the help page and on this forum sticky, the Desktop is one of a few folders (including system etc) that cannot be synced with Live Mesh.

    If you want to sync desktop files I'd recommend saving the file off your desktop and then placing a shortcut to the file on your desktop.
