    The compatibility view button does not always appear on some of the websites that I need it to.  Is there away to make it appear without having to go in the F12 developer tools?

    This question is more appropriate for the Internet Explorer Answers Forum at the following address

    Anyway, you can select Tools -> Compatibility View settings to configure the Compatibility View behaviour in Internet Explorer. You can also maintain a list within Internet Explorer for sites that should be displayed in Compatibility View.
