Duplicate Leads - Clean up database

Question
-
Hi All,
We have a situation where we load leads into CRM user data import and sometimes duplicates exist in the data we procure.
The issue I have is that I have only just created a duplicate detection rule based on exact matches of the Company Name attribute. I understand that from now on whenever an import is done it will now check for duplicates based on Company Name however how do I run through the existing leads and detect duplicate business names?
Look forward to some replies.
Thanks

Under workplace, select Duplicate Detection and then click the New button. A wizard based dialog will appear that will allow you to select your preferences for a duplicate detection job and then you just run it.

Thanks Rhett and I presume that the Duplicate Detection will then utilize the rules that have been set up?

Duplicate Rules will be based on the rules which previous was created.
You can trigger Duplicate checking during action (create, update, import) or it can be schduled (daily, weekly ...) or by demand.
