    As far as I can see, you just need to use telephone Activation - to confirm that you are entitled to the Key.
    You will probably be asked to provide extra proof of purchase, such as the details on the COA sticker,
     
    You need to go to Activate Windows, then choose Telephone Activation - then when the ansafone asks which service you require do NOT respond.
    This should force an operator to pick up, who can deal with your call.
