When you go for the .Net Framework 3.5 exams, I would always consider to start with the 70-536 and just do some basic .Net stuff.
Bu as Charles told you: You can do exams in any order and if you want to do 70-562 first, you can do that (But keep in mind, that it will not give you the MCTS certification if you did not pass the 70-536 exam, too)
With kind regards,
Konrad

Seriously...look through the Microsoft Learning website. The answers to almost all of your questions are there. Especially the Exam Policies page.
http://www.microsoft.com/learning/en/us/certification/exam-policies.aspxFWIW, the general passing grade is 700 or higher.
One more thing - concentrate more on learning the material rather than worrying about what the minimum grade is.

If you need training I can get you some certification training at low cost. Could save you 30-40% for the same course you would register for through a top training company. you can even pick the company you want to go through and i could help you get some pricing. let me know.
