Windows 10 Installation issue RRS feed

    Installed windows 10 free upgrade on my daughters Toshiba laptop. At first she was getting a failed to install message several times before it just happened to install entirely out of the blue. However, when she presses the start menu icon, then the settings cog. It doesn't give her any of the icons that fall under that function. There is just a black transparent box.

    All help/feedback would be helpful. If it becomes to difficult I'd just like to uninstall the upgrade and try again.

    I'd ask in the Windows 10 Community forum on Microsoft Community.

    As the Microsoft Community is on a different platform, we cannot move the question for you.

    Once there, click on Participate near the top of the screen, and select 'Ask a Question' or 'Start a Discussion'
