One email adress that has previously sent me emails can no longer send me emails.

  I have gotten emails from: EMAIL GONE for years and now suddenly their emails to me bounce back and say that they are blocked from my address at hotmail.  I have checked my personal blocked list and made sure they were on the safe senders list and still they cannot send me emails.   Can you help me fix this problem?
