Microsoft Update will not update w/ one care or manually RRS feed

  • Question

  •

    Hello,

     There is some sort of adware on my system which one care will not eliminate and at the same time the Microsoft Update gets this error:

    [Error number: 0x80072EE7}

    I have already worked through all the microsoft procedures and none help (listed on their help page). It seems the ad ware keps the pages from opening the correct http addresses.. This is the one that will not open:

  • If your subscription is provided with your Qwest subscription, Qwest is the front line support for your OneCare subscription, Bill.
