Security Center/ OneCare interaction in Vista 64 bit edition

  I started up my windows vista 64 bit edition running Live OneCare v 2.0 and the Security Center is saying i have multiple issues ranging from the windows firewall not being turned on to the malware section showing that i have no antivirus protection either, even though the onecare indicator is in the green. any way you can navigate me through the conflict.

   

  ps i already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the onecare software.
