Windows 7 incompatibility? RRS feed

  • My subscription to onecare is current until April 2010.

    However, a new laptop I purchased at Christmas came with Windows 7.  Since Windows 7 is not compatible with onecare and I still have 4 months to run on my subscription, I would like to ask what my options are?

    Because of my new machine, I can't use onecare anymore - am I entitled to a partial refund? 

    I find it typical of Microsoft that they have taken this decision without a thought for those who are currently using their software.  I can't be the first person to experience this situation, surely?

    What have others done in this situation?
