WinSSPlatform.dll is missing while reactivating one care

  Jus tell me wheter ur can open onecare on ur computer or not..
  
  If so which r the action required there..

  Uninstall One Care, run the One Care install cleanup tool - http://social.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/onecareinstallandactivate/thread/399071e2-49dc-4767-932d-d261e3965943 restart your computer then install One Care again and activate. If activation fails with the same missing dll error please contact support.   well, i restore my laptop to a previous restore point and it worked.
