Off Topic:non responding incredimail

  Incredimail just stopped responding. The screen appears but then can't get anywhere but control, alt & del. I tried system restore to no avail. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled the program with the same results. Can anybody help me. It is the only program, to my knowledge, that's acting this way.
