OfficeXp, 2003 and 2007 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I'm a developer and just built a new dev. machine (old one fried) I installed & activated all three products succefully. However now it seems as if OfficeXp is no longer validated. The other 2 show OK.

Also, I can go into each product in each suite, and check activation, and it tells me product is already activated..

    Thanks for you help..

    Robert

  • Hi Robert,

Yes, from looking at your diagnostic output your Windows and other Office installations look just fine.  It is Office XP Professional that is having the "not activated" issue.

Have you tried this KB?  http://support.microsoft.com/kb/903275/en-us

    Thanks,

    Michelle
