CRM 2011 What does the option "Add the created activities to a queue" mean when distributing a campaign RRS feed

      Can anyone confirm what "Add the created activities to a queue" means when distributing emails for a campaign?

    I have tried ticking this box but the emails do not appear in the queue.

    This is the case regardless of whether I have selected for owner of the contact records, myself or a user or team to be the owner of the emails.

  • Hi,

    As you guessed, this is meant to simply add the activities to a queue so that you can have your team pick up items and work on them. If you are not seeing the items go into the queue, it could be that you have some plugin logic/workflow that is interfering with this process?
