Hi,
We have installed a multi-tenant CRM 4.0 environment as per the MS documentation, and can sucessfully create and login to separate CRM Organisations. However, when configuring the Email Router I keep getting a "Server unable to process request" when clicking on Load Data in the 'Users, Queues and Forward Mailboxes' tab.
I cannot find any useful debugging for this anywhere - no log files, and nothing in the Event Logs.
I also get the same, "Server unable to process request" when connecting to the CRM URL using the Data Migration Manager - this is followed by the 'Mircrosoft CRM' application encountering a problem and needing to close.
Has anyone else seen these, or does anyone know where to begin debugging?
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I am under a tight deadline to deliver this!
The environment is:
Exchange 2007 (multi-tenanted)
SQL 2005 Standard x64
CRM x64, with Deployment Service running on a separate x64 box.
