Import file greater than 8MB in size RRS feed

    Hi,

    I have a spreadsheet which I am trying to import into CRM. The file is over 8MB in size. Is there a way to increase the limit as I am getting a "import file is too large" error when trying to import this file into CRM.

    I would prefer not to break the file down?

    Hi,

    You can also increase the maximum upload file size in config-database - check the following link: http://www.ahmetcankaya.com/increase-upload-file-size-in-crm-2011/

    Convert the file to csv format. That will make the file ALOT smaller.

    Hi,

    If I convert the file will I still eb able to upload it into CRM and modify data?
