You seem to have two installations of Office Enterprise:  one that was installed with a nongenuine Invalid Volume Licensing Key and one retail licensed installation (from HUP) that is not yet activated.  The nongenuine installation is the one that is causing you to be presented with the Nongenuine Notices.

IMO your best option is to uninstall both copies of Office, run the Office Removal MS FixIt to remove remnants of the nongenuine installation, then do a fresh installation of the HUP copy of Office Enterprise 2007.

    0.  Backup your documents and Outlook settings and data, just in case.
    1.  From the Programs applet of the Control Panel, uninstall one Office Enterprise 2007.  Restart.
    2.  Go back to the Programs applet and uninstall the other Office Enterprise 2007.  Restart.
    3.  Run the MS FixIt in this MS KB article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/971179/ to remove the remnants of these installations.  Restart.
    4.  Do a fresh installation of Office Enterprise 2007 using the HUP disc and product key.  Activate online after installation.
    5.  Visit www.microsoft.com/genuine and Validate the HUP installation.  Restart.
    6.  Click on Windows Update in the Start menu, set WU to gather updates for other Microsoft products, and keep running WU until all Office updates have been gathered and installed.

Post back to let us know how you do :-)
