    Dear customer,

    This forum is limited to questions on the Fix it Center tool.  I'm not able to determine what operating system or program you are using for email, so I can't direct you to the exact forum to best answer your question.  But, I do suggest that you visist the Microsoft Answers forums here:

    http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/default.aspx

    If you are using Windows mail, select your operating system and then the Networking, Email & Getting Online forum, or if you are using Outlook, select that forum from the first page.  I hope this helps you.
