OCS using https: instead of http: RRS feed

This might be a dumb Observation, But I have been trying to get the clients to download the corporate address book for sometime now.  If I try and access the

http://xxx.xxx.local/abs/Int/Handler/   from the client I can get in.  But If I use Https:// I can’t.  If I go to the Address book server setting under file share location for internal connections I see it using the S. Is this an issue?  Also the Handler file has one dir Bin and one file webconfig.

http://xxx.xxx.local/abs/Files/    Seems to have all the .dabs files. Is OCS looking in the right spot?

I tried using the steps mentioned here

    http://www.ocspedia.com/ABS/Addsrv_Set.htm

Not sure if I can edit that under property Editor. Or even how to switch the location

  • You must configure your Webserver with a Certificate so that it can listen on the Https port

Common  name on the certificate must be the fqdn of the webserver and the url for the AB
