I can't get my rebate for RRS feed

  • Question

  • I can't get my Microsoft Office Professional rebate for the D-Link WiFi Printer Server- and I am supposed to be able to get rebates for Windows vista Ultimate wiFi pocket router, TV tuner, Epson Picture Mate, and (2GB Flash drive from Kingston)  but when i tried to redeem the stuff through this web site,http://www.localpcbuilder.com/redeem/,  it didn't show me where to get the flash drive?  Here below is the diagnostic that the web site told me to do and give to you-from the Office Professional rebate Part-

    thanks alot,

  • Hi danielN,

We are going to need to talk with you about your specific issue, but it would be cumbersome to do so over the Forum.

Would you please go to https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860 and create a Support Incident. Afterward, post the Incident Number here in this thread. We will then contact you directly.

    Thank you,
