I can't get my Microsoft Office Professional rebate for the D-Link WiFi Printer Server- and I am supposed to be able to get rebates for Windows vista Ultimate wiFi pocket router, TV tuner, Epson Picture Mate, and (2GB Flash drive from Kingston) but when i tried to redeem the stuff through this web site,http://www.localpcbuilder.com/redeem/, it didn't show me where to get the flash drive? Here below is the diagnostic that the web site told me to do and give to you-from the Office Professional rebate Part-
thanks alot,

Hi danielN,
We are going to need to talk with you about your specific issue, but it would be cumbersome to do so over the Forum.
Would you please go to https://support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?c1=509&gprid=9860 and create a Support Incident. Afterward, post the Incident Number here in this thread. We will then contact you directly.
Thank you,
Jenifer
