Tanjay calling to SIP-Secured dial-plan user RRS feed

  • Question

So lets say you have a user on a Tanjay who has a UM mailbox with an associated dial plan set to "Secured" and that person calls a user on a legacy phone who also has voice mail on the same UM server. From what I can tell you need to set up two dial plans for each user (SIP Secured for the legacy and Secured for the native user).

The issue I have is that the Tanjay user cannot leave a voice mail for the user with the "SIP Secured" dial plan in UM.

While I still have users on the old dial plan is there a way to set the Tanjay to not encrypt the RTP media??
