Some users in the office getting "non-genuine" error message RRS feed

  • Looks like it's genuine, but not sure why a couple of our users are getting the error message - not all the time, just sometimes and only in the last 2 weeks. We have had a volume license for some time now and these users have not had Office or Windows re-installed or anything... Any clue why we're getting the msgs? Any way to turn them off? Thanks!
