If your Outlook is not opening and displaying your email, it is NOT because it may have been identified by Office Genuine Advantage (OGA) as nongenuine.
The current implementation of OGA does not in any way restrict or hamper your access to any documents, emails, or data whatsoever, regardless of whether your Office installation has been tagged or marked as Genuine, nonGenuine, or whatever.
So, if your Outlook is not opening, it is NOT because of OGA.
