Replaced and Cloned HDD now my Windows 7 states not genuine. Please Help

Question
-
I purchased a new Seagate HDD this week. I cloned my old hard drive my and installed it. That day, a pop up stated that “This computer is not running genuine Windows”. I could not read my product key so I purchased another one from Microsoft and entered it in the proper place thinking it was the quickest way to get my computer running again but to no avail. Now I am out of an additional $109 and still I have the same problem.
I have Windows 7 Home Premium Version 6.1 (build 7601: service pack 1.) I was eligble for the upgrade from XP to 7 when that program was available.
This seems to be a common problem with Windows 7 but I have not seen one understandable or easy to follow solution yet. Could someone please assist me?

The common cause for these mismatches is a faulty Intel Rapid Storage Tech driver
Download and install the latest version from....
http://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?ProductID=2101&DwnldID=20624&lang=eng&iid=dc_rss
then run another MGADiag report and post the results.
