Multiple emails sending issue RRS feed

  • Hi,

    The workflow which I created should only trigger one email when the service activity ‘status reason’ is set to ‘Pending’. But  I can see a maximum of 3 emails sent out when the service activity is Pending. I have attached the workflow. Any suggestions will be appreciable.

  • Would you happen to have multiple email routers configured on load balance or both the email router installed and the application one configured?

    You mean to say workflow is trigerring 3 emails. Same email is triggered 3 times or different emails?

    Can you check if there are additional workflows on service activity that trigger the emails.

    I have only one email workflow setup for the service activity.

    The workflow is trigerring 3 same emails in organsation level.

    When I run it on run on demand I dont see many duplicates.

    Can you try to select "Record Status Changes" at Start when instead of Record fields changes.

    I think i know you from somewhere.
