CRM Failed to Load RRS feed

  • Hi 

    I have trawled the web for a solution to this and have tried everything i have found

    Re-installed CRM client a number of times

    I cannot get CRM to load in Outlook 2013 but get an error "CRM failed to load" on all views 

    I an using CRM online and can login into online client without issue.

    I am using Windows 7 Professional with all latest patches and Office 2013 (office 365)

    I am now at a lost as to what to do next.

    Any help appreciated

  • Are you able to configure CRM Outlook client?

    You can enable client trace to see what happened at the backend:

    For the trace gathering from your workstation, perform as following:
     1. Click Start->Microsoft Dynamic CRM->Diagnostics
     2. Choose at least Outlook Synchronization check box in Synchronization Troubleshooting tab
     3. Go to Advanced Troubleshooting choose Tracing checkbox
     4. Choose Delete Temporary Microsoft Dynamics CRM Client Files, to delete all temp logs.
     5. Click OK
     Note: If the Add-In is disabled or have temporary Microsoft Dynamics CRM client files before, click Delete or Enable in the Advanced Troubleshooting tab.
    Then perform sync action in Outlook to gathering the logs.
    You can access the logs in following path:
    <System Drive:>\Users\<your username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\MSCRM\Traces
