Basically, with SimulRing, OC desktop rings once and hangs up.  If I don't answer within that 1 ring, it dials out to my mobile phone.

That's not Simultaneous Ring.  That's what Redirecting unanswered calls after 2 or 3 seconds.

    Thoughts?  Anyone experiencing this problem?
It isn't just me, it's everyone who's enterprise voice enabled and has a DID.

  • Figured out the problem,
outbound calls on our system go over PSTN.  I needed to enable Voice Detection because there's no reliable method of determining if the pstn line is ringing or has been answered.

  • I have seen this a couple times.  In one scenrio the AC was set for Early Media and OCS 2007 does not support that until R2.  You might want to verify that.

  • Mark,
