Some of our clients, rely on us to renew some types of software licences they have, i.e. antivirus.
I am looking for a way to set up a reminder system to renew licences, I have thought about using a custom Order form, with a Renewal Date field.
So with the system date gets to 20 days prior to the renewal Date, it triggers a workflow to create a Case for a technician to get required information from software. A task will then be
created for Sales to send off an invoice with the new dollar amount to the customer.
Has anybody tried somthing like this?
