Off Topic: Problems Media Sharing with WMP11

  I am having problems with my desktop in getting it to share files through WMP11. The "Configure Sharing" is not available to me, as the button is greyed out.

   

  I am also unable to find the "media Sharing" option under the Library tab on the toolbar.

   

  I do not have this problem with my laptop.

   

  I am currenly running Vista (which was upgraded from XP).

   

  Any ideas?
