Move Win2K3 server to blade server with same name

  Dear Friends
  
  I want to move my Win2K3 Server from Dell server to Dell Blade server, it's DC/ADC. But I want to use the same server name.
  
  Suppose my Dell server name is "KOLDC.IRIX.COM" ,  And want to use same name space into new Dell Blade server.
  
  How do I do it. Kindly help me.
