  • To Whom It May Concern,

    I've been trying to: "Qualify for a Complimentary Windows Genuine Advantage Kit" yet when ever I fill out the form and click "continue" I get "Ordering Process Unavailable".

    I'm in Phildelphia and I've tried on multiple affected computers on different days and differnet times and I continually get "Ordering Process Unavailable" at the following link:

    I am extremely frustrated.

    Thanks for the quick response, however, the site you supplied is for reporting piracy.

    I am trying to "Request a Complimentary Windows Genuine Advantage Kit" for those of us who got ripped off by our vendor. I am not trying to purchase.

    I just tried again and I still get:

    Ordering Process Unavailable [0x80080402]

    The service is temporarly unavailable. Please return at a later time to obtain your Windows Genuine Advantage Kit for Windows XP.

    I have been trying for a week now. When is the service up? If the link supplied on you web site is invalid, do you have the correct one? Is this offer still good?

    What is the path you're walking through to get to that site? (Can you walk me through it as well?) As said before, we automatically detect certain browser settings as we walk you through the path.

     

    The report for piracy will also allow you to file a counterfeit report to try and qualify for a WGA Kit.

  • I've been trying for the last three days as well.   The counterfeit alert keeps going off and directing me to the web site to fill out the form, but once all the information is filled in, I get the same error.

    The least Microsoft could do was let you know before filling out that stupid form.
