currency field errors in CRM 2011 - "you must enter a value between 0.00 and ..." RRS feed

  • We are using the out of box REvenue field on accounts with no changes of any kind made to it. We have approx 10000 accounts and some of them randomly pop the "you must enter a value between 0.00 and ..." message when trying to set the revenue. On others it works as expected, you see the € sign in the field prior to entering a numerical value and no error or warning is triggered. I have no idea how to even start to trouble shoot this. We have no jave executing on the form, or at least, none that afffects this field. Any thoughts or help most welcome.

  • Hi Mark,

    Please try to increase the min/max value of currency field. The default range for a currency field is 0.0000 to 1,000,000,000,000.0000.
