unable to open computer. Computer states "We can't sign into your account". Everything was fine yesterday. I'm using Microsoft 10 and computer is about 6 months old. Also noted yesterday that we repeatedly saw (JS.dmtry.com) on screen which we cancelled each time it was seen.
