I am receiving the message in the subject line as an Urgent message and to contact the help desk.  It doesn't say anything else?  What am I supposed to do to get my status back to good and not "at risk"?

    Thanks!

  • Check if the date and time settings of your computer is correct.

Once corrected, restart the computer, make sure its going to boot with the correct date and time settings.

If this wouldnt resolve the problem, contact support.

  • Krystle9184,

Thank you for contacting the Live OneCare program forum. I interested to know if you have resolved your issue?  If not, I'd like to know a little more about your scenario.. Did you recieve any other Error or Dialog Messages? If so, please let me know, along with their scenarios.
